sydthecat.games ("the service") is run by Syd the Cat Games. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep server credentials private. Anyone who has one can run a server as you.

Membership

A membership gives you access to the games in the library, the official servers, and hosting your own servers, within your plan's limits, for as long as it is active. We may add, change or retire games and plans. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period already covered.

Self-hosted servers

The host agent and game server software are licensed to you for use with your active membership only. A self-hosted server stops when your membership ends or the server is revoked. Don't modify the software to get around that, and don't use your server to harm other players or the service.

Conduct

Be decent to other players. Don't cheat, harass anyone, or try to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts or revoke servers that break these rules.

The service

We work to keep things running but provide the service "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may end the service or your access with reasonable notice, or immediately for serious abuse.

Changes

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll tell you on the site before the change takes effect.
